Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Artizar, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Artizar,” “we,” “us”), collects through this website, artizar.ai, and what we do with it. It covers this website only. The Artizar API is governed by the agreement we sign with each design partner.

In short, this site has no accounts, analytics, advertising, or cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form, plus the minimum technical data needed to keep the site running and free of abuse.

What we collect: What you type into the contact form (name, work email, company, topic, message). Your IP address is held briefly in memory for rate limiting.
Why: To reply to your request, and to keep the site working and free of abuse.
Who processes it: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Microsoft (our mailbox).
What we never do: Sell or share your data for advertising, run analytics or tracking cookies, or add you to a marketing list.

1. Who we are

Artizar, Inc. is a Delaware corporation based in the United States. We build a verification API for AI-generated financial claims. For anything in this policy, write to santiago@artizar.ai. Section 13 has our contact details.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we receive your name, work email, company, the topic you choose, and your message. Submitting the form is the only way this site collects information that identifies you. If you email us directly, we receive what you send.

Information collected automatically. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages receive your IP address and the details of each request.

The contact form's rate limiter keeps your IP address in server memory, and only for a few minutes (about twenty at most). It is never written to disk.
Our hosting keeps application logs for 30 days. They record errors, not the content of your messages. Load-balancer access logs are turned off.

What we do not collect. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no cookies on this site. The pages load no third-party scripts, fonts, or images. We do not collect payment details, precise location, or sensitive categories of data.

3. How we use it

To reply to your request, set up a walkthrough, and continue the conversation you started.
To keep the site secure and working, including rate limiting and diagnosing errors.
To meet legal obligations, if any apply.

We do not add you to a marketing list, and we make no automated decisions about you.

4. Legal bases

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on our legitimate interest in replying to a request you chose to send us and in keeping the site secure. Where the law requires it, we rely on a legal obligation. You can object at any time (see section 8).

5. Who processes it

These service providers process data for us, under contracts that limit them to doing so:

Amazon Web Services hosts this website and its logs, in the United States (us-east-1).
Resend delivers each contact-form submission to our inbox as an email.
Microsoft hosts the mailbox that receives your submission and any email you send us.

We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If Artizar is involved in a financing, merger, or acquisition, information may transfer to the successor under this policy’s protections. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our providers process data there. If you contact us from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information is transferred to the United States. Amazon Web Services and Microsoft participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, its UK Extension, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Resend participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and uses the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (which also cover Swiss transfers).

7. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions and our email exchanges: 24 months after our last contact with you, or for as long as you are a design partner, whichever is longer. Ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Resend's copy of each delivered submission: 30 days, under Resend's documented retention.
Application logs: 30 days.
Rate-limiting IP addresses: in memory only, for a few minutes.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
correct it;
delete it;
stop using it, or restrict how we use it, including by objecting to processing based on legitimate interest.

We honor these requests for everyone, whether or not a privacy law requires it of a company our size. Email santiago@artizar.ai with your request. We will respond within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking technologies, so there is no cookie banner.

10. Security

Every page is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy. The contact form accepts requests only from this site’s own pages, and every field is validated and length-limited. Access to submissions is limited to the founders. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us.
