Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2, 2026
Artizar is a verification API for AI-generated financial claims, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Artizar,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes what information we collect through this website (artizar.ai), why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing site only; the Artizar API will be governed by its own terms when it launches.
The short version: this site has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form, plus the minimum technical data needed to keep the site working and abuse-free.
- What we collect
- Contact-form fields (name, work email, company, use case, message) and IP addresses for rate limiting and bot protection.
- Why
- To respond to your early-access request, and to keep the site secure.
- Who processes it
- Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (bot protection), Resend (email delivery).
- What we never do
- Sell your data, run advertising or analytics trackers, or contact you about anything other than your inquiry.

1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, a use-case category you select, and the message you write. Submitting the form is the only way this site collects information that identifies you.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly every website, our infrastructure processes technical data as part of serving pages:
- Your IP address, used to rate-limit form submissions. This copy is held briefly in server memory (on the order of minutes) and is not written to a database.
- Standard server and hosting logs on Amazon Web Services (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested, timestamps), used for security monitoring and debugging.
- When the contact form's bot check is active, Cloudflare Turnstile processes signals from your browser to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile is designed to do this without tracking you across sites.
We do not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or cookies that identify you. We do not collect payment information, location data, or any special categories of personal data.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your early-access request and carry on the conversation you started — this is the only reason we email you.
- To operate the site securely: preventing spam, abuse, and denial-of-service attempts.
- To comply with legal obligations, if any apply.
We do not add you to marketing lists, and we do not contact you about anything unrelated to your inquiry unless you ask us to.
3. Legal basis for processing
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process your contact-form information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business inquiry you initiated, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. You may object to either at any time by contacting us.
4. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Three service providers process data on our behalf, strictly to provide their service to us:
- Amazon Web Services — hosts this website and its logs.
- Cloudflare — provides the Turnstile bot check on the contact form.
- Resend — delivers your contact-form submission to our inbox as an email.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a corporate transaction such as a financing or acquisition, in which case this policy would continue to apply to it.
5. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our service providers process data there. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US. [LEGAL REVIEW: confirm transfer mechanism language — e.g. SCCs / DPF participation of AWS, Cloudflare, Resend — before deploy.]
6. How long we keep it
- Contact-form submissions arrive as email and are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows, then deleted. [SET RETENTION PERIOD — e.g. 24 months after last contact.]
- Rate-limiting IP data is held in server memory for roughly ten minutes and is never written to storage.
- Hosting and security logs are retained on a standard rotation. [SET LOG RETENTION — e.g. 90 days.]
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Object to or restrict our processing of it.
- Receive it in a portable format.
- Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@artizar.ai. We will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for exercising a privacy right.
8. Security
All traffic to this site is encrypted in transit (TLS). The contact endpoint validates and bounds every input, rate-limits submissions, and accepts requests only from this site’s own pages. Access to submissions is limited to the founding team. No system is perfectly secure, but minimizing what we collect in the first place is the control we lean on hardest.
9. Children’s privacy
This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example, when the Artizar API launches — we will update this page and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted prominently on this page.
